Theories and Interventions in Exercise and Health Psychology Laboratory (TIE Lab)
Description
The main objectives of the TIE lab is to understand the psychosocial determinants of adopting and maintaining health behaviours, promote positive health behaviour change, and enhance well-being. Our research and interventions are grounded in theoretical approaches to health and well-being promotion among youth and adults, including individuals living with chronic conditions (e.g., cancer, disability).
