Stroke Rehabilitation and Knowledge Transfer Laboratory

Description

Currently the leader of the internationally recognized knowledge transfer Website (www.strokengine.ca), Annie Rochette focuses her research on rehabilitation following a stroke both for the person who had the stroke and for their entourage with a view to implementing best practices. Meanwhile, she is conducting projects aimed at better understanding skills development taking into account all interacting individual and contextual factors. She uses both quantitative (randomized clinical trials, cohort studies, etc.) and qualitative (focus group, phenomenology) methods as well as mixed approaches.
