Consent form
The REB of the CRIR has developed a template for the consent form that researchers may use. This template is available in both French and English.

As indicated by its title, the Recruitment procedure for research subjects can be used as a tool to facilitate subject recruitment. It is therefore intended for anyone who carries out a research project in one of the CRIR institutions, their partners, or in any other institution that the REB of CRIR serves.
