Traumatic brain injury victims may experience sudden cognitive changes. Researchers Sylvain Giroux (DOMUS Laboratory, Université de Sherbrooke) and Carolina Bottari (CRIR— Axis 2) are conducting a research project on cooking assistance for victims living with this condition. Appartments with integrated technology can enable some TBI residents to cook autonomously.
